Disabled Facilities
Toilets for the disabled are found at the entrance of East Mall between House of Fraser and Bhs.
A radar key for access is available from the management suite on Level 4.
Disabled toilets can also be found at the following locations, where a radar key is required:
- Level 3
- Bus Station
Parking for the disabled is on every level of Friars Square Car Park. Parking for the disabled is not free of charge.
Shopmobility is situated in the Civic Centre Car Park.
Toilets & Baby Changing
Toilets are available on Level 3.
Access is via the lifts, staircase or from the first floors of either House of Fraser or Bhs.
A Parent and Baby room is also on Level 3.
Lifts
Lifts are on the East Mall between House of Fraser and Bhs.
A lift down to The Cloisters Indoor Market is available on Market Square Mall.
Cash Machines
There is a cash machine opposite the car park/station exit, between Optical Express and Trespass.
